About me
I'm Giora. I'm 72 and I've spent 42 years selling trips. The other 30 I spent cycling, skiing, diving, working, partying and trying to chat people up. Not necessarily in that order.
I run Viajes Scibasku from Marbella -- ski, diving, experiences you won't find on Google. CICMA 2283. One agency, one man, and now an artificial intelligence that won't let me sleep.
Because suddenly everything changed.
Diabetes took away my nightly gin & tonics. I swapped them for YouTube. YouTube led me to artificial intelligence. And artificial intelligence rejuvenated my mind by 30 years. Now I automate what used to take a whole team, generate premium quotes in minutes, have a Mac Mini that works while I sleep, and still don't understand half of what I do -- but it works.
This blog tells that story. The discoveries, the disasters, the 3AM nights wrestling with technology that didn't exist when I started travelling. If you're over 50 and think AI isn't for you, stick around. If you're 25 and think you know it all, same.
How this blog works
Things don't go in order here. One day I tell you about something I discovered yesterday. The next I take you to an August night in 2025 when I wrote my first prompt without knowing what a prompt was. And the day after that I talk about what I think is coming next.
Past, present and future -- mixed like a good terrace conversation. Because that's how my head works since AI rewired it: everything connected, everything at once, everything at 3 in the morning.
